Material Procurement will be done with the approved/registered Suppliers in line with our Customers’ requirement in terms of Technical Specifications/Quality Standards in respect of raw materials as also that of Bought out Components maintaining ISO standards. Apart from maintaining the above standards amidst stiff global competition, we look to cost aspect by contacting directly the manufacturers/dealers both internally and abroad. Our list of approved Suppliers will be reviewed periodically keeping the latest market conditions and will be up dated periodically to ensure the above aspects and also considering the performance of the end products.
After Sales Service:
We provide after sales service in two ways i.e. (1) Guarantee Period: i.e. 18 months from the date of last supply or 12 months from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier in case of turn key projects depending upon the contractual conditions mutually agreed to and (2) on chargeable basis with mutual consent for similar services.
Technical and Manpower Assistance:
We provide technical and manpower assistance during the period of commissioning of the turn key projects by providing our own people and/or the Suppliers’ Expertise people in the event of requirement to the entire satisfaction of our Customers at mutual agreed terms.
We provide all the required training facilities in our work shop as also at our Customer works depending upon the requirement and in terms of the agreed terms, as we have all the infra structural facilities at our works sites, by engaging specialized technicians/supervisors/engineers coupled with the required tools, tackles and machinery.
All our products are subject to rigorous periodical tests/inspection clearance at various stages by scrupulously following approved engineering standards viz., NDT, Hydraulic /Pneumatic, before final inspection and clearance for which we have all the in house facilities and/or through our approved agencies to the entire satisfaction of our Customers as per agreed terms.
