Tools, Tackles & Machinery:
We are fully equipped with machinery such as Welding Machines (TIG, MIG & Submerged Arc), Gas Cutting & Plasma Cutting Machines, Grinding Machines, Drilling Machines, Plate Bending Machines, Hydraulic Test Pumps, Mobile & Gantry Cranes, Winch Machines, Sand/Shot Blasting Machines and Trailers for Transportation of various equipments including Over Dimensional Consignments. Our in house airless spray painting facilities include bakelite coating which is done in the inner surface of pipes starting from 50 mm ID.
Work Shop Area:
We have a total works area of around 10200 Sq. Mtrs fully equipped with all the required infrastructure facilities which enable us to meet the desired schedules with world class and rigorous quality standards. All our shops are located in a same locality called Autonagar which is the Industrial Hub of Greater Visakhapatnam – City of Destiny and with in a close proximity of 6 – 8 Kms from all major Industries and most ultra modern port in the country.
Each shop is individually fully equipped with plant and machinery for the required jobs to be carried out.
We have specialized in house Bakelite Coating Facilities consisting of imported machinery and which contribute to major work for specialized painting applications inside the tubes used for manufacture of Primary Gas Coolers.
Storage Area:
We have separate storage area for all bought out components and raw materials for easy identification and well equipped handling/transportation facilities for all shops.
